The Aiello wine cellar was completed in the summer of 2019. The wine cellar has a double patio door with full glass, leading into a 5 by 8 foot room that holds 400 bottles. A Wine Guardian TTW009 maintains perfect temperature and humidity for this cellar that has stone walls on both the exterior and interior and a cherry floor. The LED lighted display below a cherry shelf gives definition to the racks. On the opposite side of the wine cellar, below the staircase, is cherry cabinetry with glass doors and glass shelves. All the lighting is triggered by a motion sensor that turns on the lights in the wine cellar, display row and glass cabinets when you approach the wine cellar. A small custom made wine barrel stave and hoop table holds the cigar humidor.
