The Beau House project was completed in the Spring of 2021, and consists of a Scotch Room and a separate Wine Cellar. The majority of the construction was completed by the owners contractor, following the design and direction of Smithling Cellars. The Scotch Room, which displays & stores the owners vast Scotch collection, has stone & wood walls with glass shelving. the room also contains a wine fridge to store & chill white wines. The entrance to the wine cellar is thru a hidden door on the back wall of the Scotch Room. The wine cellar is temperature and humidity controlled with a Wine Guardian TTW018 unit and stores over 600 bottles of red wine. A barrel-vaulted ceiling and pine walls are mahogany-stained to match the mahogany wine racks. The cellar is illuminated with LED lighting in the ceiling, as well as the display row in the wine racks. Travertine stone floors were installed in the Wine Cellar and the Scotch Room.
