The Cheung Wine Cellar was completed in October 2020. The wine cellar contains individual wine bottle storage, as well as plenty of case storage shelves. The cellar also has a custom-made cherry 3-drawer rack that can store 375-ml bottles, magnums and champagne. The cellar capacity is 1000 bottles and is temperature and humidity controlled by a Wine Guardian D025 ducted system. The cellar also has a custom-made Torii Gate set against the featured stone wall, that rises above the cherry counter in the back of the wine cellar.
